Payments

• Digital Weight Scales accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
• Orders may also be paid by personal or corporate check. Orders will not be shipped until the funds have cleared the bank.
• Purchase Orders are accepted from all Federal, State, and Municipal agencies, organizations or businesses with approved credit. This includes all public school systems. Purchase orders are accepted from our corporate and education-related customers.  Please fax your official purchase order to us at 812-232-4565.
• For a first time customer, please provide us with a bank reference number and account number, the year your business was established, and (3) non-credit card trade references.
• Our terms are net 30 days with credit approval.  Customers will be invoiced on the day the order is shipped.  Payment is due within 30 days of invoice.  A 1.5% monthly interest fee will be added to any unpaid balance.
• Private companies and organizations are welcome to apply for open account by calling or emailing Digital Weight Scales for a credit application.
• Make checks payable to: DWSS Company, 1230 South 8 Th. St. Terre Haute, Indiana 47802.

Delivery

• All orders placed before 4:00 p.m. EST are processed and shipped The Same Day!
• All overnight air, 2 day air, and 3 day express orders received before 1:00 p.m. EST are processed and shipped the same day. Unless the item is not in stock in which case you will be notified within one hour of placing your order.
• Please note that we try to provide tracking numbers for all shipments as soon as they become available on our systems. This is usually by the next business day!

Returns and Exchanges

• Digital Weight Scales must be notified within 30 days of delivery of any returns or exchanges.
• Digital Weight Scales must be notified prior to any returns and a RGA number must be issued prior to returning any products.
• The customer is responsible for any freight charges for any returns that are not warranty related.
• All warranty related returns would be replaced at no charge to the customer.
• All returns must be packed in the original manufacturers packaging materials, new and unused and must include all of the relevant literature. Returns that are not exchanged for other products may incur a 20% restocking charge. Satisfaction Guaranteed!!!

International Orders

• Digital Weight Scales ships all international orders via Fedex, UPS, or through customers' freight carrier of choice.
• Please contact us for freight quotations.
• Digital Weight Scales does not accept credit cards from companies that do not have a presence in the United States.
